I just pulled up alongside one of those strange Golf Plus things in traffic in Bath.

Clearly for people who don't think the MkV Golf is comically fat enough.

The waistline on this car... was above my eyeline when I was sitting in my S2K! I know the S2000 is low, but the whole glasshouse of this behemoth was above the roofline of my car!

What is the point of this gargantuan body which possesses no more room/functionality than a regular five-door Golf?

One mum and her single young daughter in the car. The kid couldn't even see out the window!

 

At least they didn't use the popular equation:-

"I have one child therefore I need a 7 seat people carrier"
