Looks like it's trying to be a 'Lude!

Even the guy from Rare-Rims learned the error of this ways in the end; the car handles most superbly on 15" Rotas!

Just like the old Civics.

I agree i tried a set of CTR wheels on my old DC2, drove
for a day or so and they came off,

Would love a DC2 again although DC5 prices are coming down now.

I love the DC2, and I was a whisker away from buying one a couple of years back. However I think they are over priced for what they are. This is more likely to do with them holding their value, as Honda UK have never released a replacment.

They handle like no other fwd car I've driven and if I had the cash I'd still get one. I wasn't that impressed with the VTEC kick over.

I have never just got in and driven it for no reason like I used to in the S2000 though.
I'm like that with the CTR...

Now I'm used to the Civic, I'm finding that I have to be very aggressive with it to get the same sort of fun the S used to provide

It seems it's impossible to make a car handle like that any more, which is why they will be sought-after.

The B-series doesn't have a pronounced VTEC kick - it is however, a very sweet-running little engine with a lovely 'kerrang' sound in the mid-sixes.

I'm gonna STFU now, before I talk myself into a DC2!

I can't argue about the 1.8L lump. It did rev nicely, but wasn't quite what I expected when I got to VTEC. How can you tell if it was a B-Series engine or not?

That is a pretty mint example of a DC2 tho....

Its not all about power in the ITR - its lightweight drivetrain and handling setup is what wins most too its charms!

I would rather pay a bit extra for a low mileage model than one of the high milers that have been abused.

Things too look for: Service History - They drink oil - The white wheels can be a pain but can refurbish easily. Bolster wear on the drivers seat. There are not many unmodified ones left about these days!
