Not booked yet (not tempting fate!) but I'd like to do a Motorsport Events one at Abingdon (airfield); working on the theory that I know MSE, and I know Abingdon, so it's a good place to get to know the car !

Ooo hardcore; aeroscreen! I have the windscreen and cage - I missed the GB on those goggle things though I think - but don't you think it'll look a bit odd?

You'll want a helmet I'd guess - for any on road bad weather situation. I have only an aeroscreen and at about 50mph, the rain feels like Grit against your face - so goggles will protect your eyes, but it is MUCH more comfortable with a lid on.

Jo, Donington isn't too far! You must come. It's the law.

Great, done a bit of DIY maintenance on it - changed the coolant, still gets a bit hot in traffic (dodgy fan circuit) so I'll have a bash at fixing that next time I have some spare time and it's not driving weather.

Done about 1500 miles since I bought it I think. Last week I was up to North Yorks (200 miles each way) and enjoyed it very much.

Only major probs so far:

1) running out of petrol, because I forgot to check the fuel gauge before setting off
2) having someone bust my fog light casing by parking against it (I presume) hopefully it'll only cost me
