Look at the bottom of the prices on the big sign, I believe that if they sell Optimax then there is a big red Optimax sign there. I say "I believe" because I have not come across a Shell yet that is not selling it!

There is nothing worse than pulling up, driving round all the pumps....................to find the particular station doesn't sell Optimax

Aylesbury to my knowledge is a completely devoid of any Shell garages, even super unleaded is of the menu so where are going?

There is one petrol station for Super Unleaded, it's the one next to the Police Station.

Ok, I'm ready for "Holly Thread resurrection"

Is the V-Power Club a direct result of this? Are you all now members?

As a noob, I'm in the bracket of searching for V-Power when I need fuel and because of that I joined the Shell PlusPoints programme. However, I'm less than impressed so far with the admin of their loyalty programme.

Ok, so I can check my balance online, but of my last 4 V-power purchases only one has been recorded as such.

Do I have to send an email to info@shellpluspoints.com every time I buy V-Power to have it credited correctly?

Anyone else experiencing the same, or are you all hardened V-Power members already??

You earn more points, lower quarterly threshold...probably just marketing BS...more info here:

A little more info here:
http://www.shellpluspoints.com/pp/ppNM.asp

However, I remember reading somewhere that not only do you have to buy V-power you have to buy 150 litres of other Shell fuels to be considered "eligable"

Do we spell Shell...S-C-A-M ?
