Similar to the FXX which you are only allowed to sell it back to ferrari within the first couple of years.
It's a great way to stop speculators driving prices up. Not that it would necessarily happen with the LF-A.

But the likes of you and I choose cars on their engineering merit, heritage, etc - the majority of buyers do so to prop up their delicate egos and Honda or Toyota sounds just too profane for that. Apparently.
