Longleat
Maybe this should be in the 'spotted' thread ?? Perhaps not
Anyway, I saw a very nice looking Accord earlier today on a visit to Longleat safari park. Very shiny black, nice wheels, discreet bodykit, tints, etc.
Well, when I say 'nice' I'm sure it was when it went in, but I actually saw it in the monkey enclosure. It had 3 monkeys hitching a ride at the time. One of them had removed all the rubber seals from around the windscreen, while another was doing likewise to the rear window. The third was doing his best to pull the boot spoiler off. The plastic trim that sits in the roof gutters was being dragged along behind the car with another monkey giving chase. I could'nt actually tell what model the accord was as the monkeys had ripped all the badges off too.
Happily, I was on board the 'safari bus' enjoying the show, although I must admit I hadnt banked on it being THAT entertaining. I also saw a Frontera in the process of having its rear window washer jet ripped off. Apparently, the cheeky little so & so's have taken to sucking up the screen wash through the pipe. They appear to have a taste for the alcohol it contains
Now, I know, strictly speaking, I should'nt really laugh, being a car lover and all, but really, if you're that stupid to ignore all the warnings and drive your own car through the monkey pen, then quite frankly, you deserve to be laughed at
Me ? I'll leave my car in the car-park and pay the
