Lotus Eagle
I know there are more than a few Lotus fans on here so I thought this might be of interest. Here is the first offical photo of the Lotus Eagle.

Sorry but it looks like nothing more than a stretched Elise

Ooh, that's Lotus-cute.
Rear window is reminiscent of a Rover 55 hatchback (RDX60; stillborn) and the hip line is very Acura GT5000 and there's a lot of C3 'Vette in that wasp waist.
Sort of a return to good old fashioned elegance!

With bigger rims in white or yellow, that will look pretty tasty I think. I think they're targetting the Cayman with this car, and if looks are anything to go by, I certainly know which I'd rather have. I'm sure the handling will be sorted, but I am concerned about the interior'sgoing to look like though!
Have they got a Lexus V6 in it? I can't remember. The website ( http://www.facelesspeople.com ) doesn't go live for a few days yet.

Yep Lexus/Toyota 3.something ltr V6 as I read in the Sunday times bit, will be unveiled at ExCel shortly. Looks great IMO but something not right about the wheels definitely look too small.
I would...
I love Lotus, always wanted a Giugiaro Esprit.
As for the wheels I think they look OK but it's not the finished article yet. I think there's been some mention on here before that bigger is not always better when it comes to handling.
