Lowering on a budget
Had a car in for mot today, a 1999 Clio, as you can see in the pictures, the owner had lowered it without spending too much cash, seen it all now.

Well you can adjust the ride height easy enough this way, cheaper than coil overs and same result :-)

Spring clamps used to be a common way of lowering. Better than cutting the springs but still not the safest....
