ok this is what i do

Wash - halfords car wash with about a Tbs of polish in with the water.
Clay bar - with bucket of soapy water
wash again then :
Clean wheels with virisol
Menzerna PO85RD 3.02 - apply by machine with orange or blue pad
then use Chemical Guys EZ Creme Glaze apply by machine with Blue pad
Chemical Guys Blitz Sealant apply by machine with blue pad
p21 wax by hand

lots of work but worth it !

 

Whats the diff between one of these and attaching a polishing mitt to a drill ? (apart from about a 100 quid)

 

If you put the pad of a running orbital against your leg you would experience a not unpleasant vibration

Whereas a polishing mitt on a drill would rip your jeans off
