Default Millau Bridge & Mt Ventoux

You may or may not know that I did a 5 day thrash around France in April with the Petrolhead Nirvana lot.

The "blog" thing has been posted up here http://www.petrolheadnirvana.com/tor...read.php?t=836 if you are interested.

Steve "M1bjr" came with us too, but unfortunately had to abort early due to illness.

I had a great time on some great roads and nice to be out with lots of different cars too.

Mt Ventoux was great, as part of the Tour de France route the road surface is perfect. It was such fun we went up and down there about four times

They're doing another trip in September, but I've not got enough holidays left

Looks like great fun Dan.

I recognise this bridge

We waited there, but from the motorway, when Graham B got pulled over by the French police and got bummed for speeding.

I heard that Graham drove flat out everywhere after realising that was the "punishment"

Ahh, so close and yet so far....

Dan, I got offered an exceptional 'compensation' rate on this but like you we have no holidays left
Nice of them to consider us after the last one like that.

Great bunch, happy to recommend.
On the expensive side but it keeps the chavs away.

Never had the pleasure of experiencing this area for real but do have Cezanne prints of Mt Ventoux on my walls and would so love to.
