Mosley to Quit?

"But it appears a resolution has not been found, with Mosley agreeing not to stand for re-election as part of the deal "now there is peace,"

"An agreement has been reached"
"...a resolution has not been found"
"Mosley agreeing not to stand for re-election as part of the deal "now there is peace," he said.
They've agreed but not resolved anything
There's peace but Mosley has gone (will go)
Is there any actual fact in this story? Actually, forget fact, can they possibly get two sentences that agree with each other!
That makes more sense.
Funny how someone always has to come out with a statement like Mosley's,
"we're all in agreement, I got what I want"
It will be interesting to see the level of reduction.
Obviously, and it's been stated before no doubt, one way to reduce costs is not change the regulations every season. For which we have the Max and Bernie show to thank.

It's funny because I had a feeling Max stepping down or saying he won't stand for re-election might be a deal breaker.
Have to say I'll be pleased to see the back of him, as he's been nothing but a menace for some time now. All that's left is to get rid of the little rat Ecclestone. I get the impression that those two have been ruling F1 for too long now, and we need some fresh blood in to keep the format fresh, but without needlessly changing rules for the sake of it.

It's not the first time he's said he'll step down.
I thought there was a good chance Mosely leaving would be linked to a resolution, but it seems he's the one that's given way in as much as no budget caps. Having gone through all this refusing to compromise on the idea of budget caps, and then giving in, he has to resign really.
I thought what we needed all along was an obligation on the big teams to supply the independents with engines and other technology either for free, or for a low price that's fixed by the FIA, and I think that's what we'll see now.
