Which motoring program do you prefer
"the Garage" is an entertaining watch on SKY, as is Overhaulin, Chop Cut Rebuild, biker buildoff and a few other non motoring related shows: Mythbusters being one of my favourites.
I want to kick Plato in the balls. Vroom Vroom came to a Lowrider "show" at the ACE Cafe early in 2006, The curly haired northern chap was the presenter. never spoke to anyone and was very aloof, it was supposed to be in the last series but they never used the footage.
Anyone ever met any of the presenters in person? what were they like?
I met Jordan, whilst doing a live display in the lowriders at Max Power Live about 5 or 6 years ago, she was OK, posed on the cars in the pits backstage etc.
Lisa Rogers is pretty cool as well by all accounts.

Watched Vroom-Vroom once to give it a chance. Total Kack. thing that got me was they had some bint doing this cat and mouse game and she nearly rolled the car. Was it just me or did anyone else notice she nearly lost her hand by trying to grab the open window frame as it went over?
5th Gear. Trying way, way, way too hard to be Top Gear and failing abysmally. I liked tom Ford when he wrote for Car but he can't present for toffee. Tiff Needell is a fantastic driver (remember some F1 drivers commenting that they couldn't believe how well he could make a car dance even though he wasn't the fastest driver in the world) but he can't hold the program himself. Reckon he'd make a good Stig for Top Gear though.
Top Gears the best of the bunch. Worries me it's getting a little bit too sensationalist. Too much fannying about making games with cars rather than actually being a program about cars. Shall be watching for the forseeable future though

Of the choices provided I voted for 5th gear. I just cant stand that twat Clarkson. He is a complete arse.
My preffered show is used car roadshow as at least that communicates some intelligent info.
