Was thinking of it, but I'm taking the other half away for the weekend and it didn't really seem the done thing to postpone it until Saturday evening just so I could go to Llandow to see a car I have no intention of buying.....

I was tempted though

She went to Cardiff shopping yesterday with her mother and sister (she knows better than to involve me on her shopping expeditions), I should have planned better shouldn't I?

If I'd thought about it, I could have booked a hotel in Pembrokeshire and sloped off to Llandow for the day.

Well, she's going to lose me at weekends for the forseeable anyway, we get the engine back from the machine shop next week then it's a big push to get the Fury finished in time for the summer.
