I have cars and coffee Saturday morning, then I'm working for a good chunk of the weekend. I have a big car loan coming up

Too far to go and see my mom and would require a hotel stay. She asked me NOT to do that but to save my money (see above)

There is also Indy 500 qualifying on for a TON of hours Sat & Sun! I VS.

It's 4 hours to cape may from me... I was thinking about maybe a day trip to see Patty... but it would be an ALL day trip and 8 hours in the car there and back... just don't think I can do it.

We're home this weekend. Actually we were supposed to hit the road tomorrow night.....

No real plans. Dinner with friends on Saturday. Sunday, if it's a nice day, we'll take off in the S. I'm sure I'll be looking for a diversion, to keep my mind off of Monday's planned event.

My wife will be out of town Sunday...

...I'm staying home and watching World Superbike racing and a tape of last week's MotoGP.

My baby girl, Christa, called me today. I told her about my coming weekend in New Jersey and she wanted to know why we were having it on Mother's Day, weekend. It got me wondering about Vintage folks and whether they still do things for their mom on Mother's Day. My mom and dad are dead and I don't care if my kids see me on "the day".

So, what about it?
