I have owned a VX220 and the turbo is well in your price range. Will get plenty of admiring glances too (which, if important to you, you won't get in the three you listed).

I don't think they're anywhere near as bad as some people would make them out to be.

They make very nice cars for girls, skippers and anyone who can't drive

I can only think Elise, VX or another S in your price range.

Have you considered a Mondeo? Because thats the bracket 14k sits in.

I'd be thinking about test driving a DC5 ITR, if you don't want another S2k and want to avoid high running costs.

How about a s/c MX5?

Get another S2000 in a different colour this time, it's by far the best sports car within your budget

Oh i love the styling of the z4, then im quite a Bangle fan though!

My brother in law has a 3.2 boxster, but then hes got lots more money than me! It is lovely but im not sure i want to take on a high miler??
It seems that the boxster maybe a stretch too far.

I drove a Z4 2.5i at a garage today and it was incredibly smooth but not blisteringly quick. I did fall in love a little though and started to think the power loss isn't something to get too upset about.
Will be trying a TT tom afternoon to see how it fairs...

A lot of people on here say bad things about the TT, but our TT 225 was perfectly good, perfectly quick, perfectly reliable and perfectly easy to drive.
