Default Neat parking

I took this photo when I was in Amsterdam.

The railings either end of the car are set into the ground and can't be removed and there is a 2m drop into a canal the other side!

That's shocking, the front wheel is outside the space

Not a chance it was a woman who parked that.

My wife could do that in the Skoda, a sad byproduct of the parking situation in the street we used to live in.

People would come and get her or me to un-park their cars when they had been blocked in too.
Now we have a load of spaces and her car has no power steering so she has probably lost the touch.

Hmm, with a lot of patience, it's possible to get into spaces that are only a few inches longer than the car. I don't recommend it, but I've done it in the city with a shorter car.

without word of a lie, I saw somebody do that handbrake parking between two cars on a high street in Finland.. granted there was snow on the road but they also have metal studded tyres which grip. The guy neatly parked, got out and did his shopping at the spar.
