Default New 2010 Elise

It doesn't look bad, but I'm disappointed to hear about the low powered 1.6...

Nothing wrong with that 1.6 it's the same power but lighter than the outgoing 1ZZ-FE 1.8

Don't like the front end though

I think it's great that Lotus are giving an option to people that get more pleasure from the steering wheel than the accelerator pedal but haven't got the budget for a "proper" sports car

The S2 is still the prettiest.

Not a million miles from the S2 looks wise and probably not enough to make we want to go for a follow up - my S2 still rocks (when the battery is charged!)

I don't like the facelift looks at all, would rather the outgoing front end.

Well, what I think I meant to say was that it's a pity that the most remarkable thing they've done with it is made the engine smaller - there is no mention about anything other than the aero, performance-wise.

I quite agree about poke not being the "be all and end all" - I wouldn't have stuck with an S2K for so long, otherwise! I'm just wondering whether the tweaking has actually improved the car at all, let alone enough to designate it an "S3"...

We're not.............although it's the accelerator pedals you should really be worried about

Even then you should only be worried if you
a) don't know how to use the clutch
b) don't know how to put the car in neutral
c) don't know how to switch the engine off

The prime reason for being worried isn't so much that the accelerator is sticking so much as you shouldn't be behind the fuggin' wheel if you don't know how to do any of those 3!
