Default new car possabilities

Hello Everybody!

Way back in 2002 we used to own a nurby blue /blue /blue. Unfortunately it had to be sold as we where not using it enough as it was losing value sitting in the garage.

Now it is time that my son and I have thought about splitting the cost of buying a used S and will be both sharing the car.

Im now 'old' and now retired and my son is 22 nearly 23 with 4 - 5 yrs NCB under his belt.

Since he would be the main driver, would the insurance mean that it is not worth the hassle ? I know when we had our S the insurance was a little over

I suspect that you'll find a company willing to provide insurance for your son... at a price...

Only you and your son can decide whether it is worth the cost...

I'm sure that there are some on here who are similarly young and could offer you an indication of what they are paying.

As a guide, when I owned my 2001 S, I was 29 with 12 yrs NCB and IAM training under my belt. My best price, fully comp, was
