No more Jezza?
There's a bit more info about this now.
Apparently the BBC’s lease on Dunsfold, the track/airstrip where Top Gear is filmed each week, is up and they will be unable to renew as some property developer what to put housing on it. This means Top Gear are looking for a new home.
Also Jezza will be involed in the next series

I was sorely disappointed this season. It was amusing but missed alot of why I enjoy watching Top Gear. I think they have run out of stupid stuff to do in cars and I also think that JC just simply did not agree with some of the things they did this year.
The create a shuttle out of a Robin was funny but hardly worth 3/4 of the show. Also the safety announcement looked to me like a protest against stuff JC doesn't want to do. To top it all off they were having stars in that were doing the 'plugging' circuit and not the usual siarpc type stuff which was basically stars that ACTUALLY wanted to come along.
I say if TG doesn't go back to what it used to be then I'll be quite happy for them to stop making it because IMO the last series was really quite poor.

Seems to me they sat down with a white piece of paper and said right what have you always wanted to do and we'll get the Beeb to pay for it.
Shall we have a lads holiday - and off the the US they go.....
They repeat TG on UKG2TV or what ever its called, and i can watch re-runs all day long back to back because you know one of them is going to be driving the b0ll0x off some car and giving a review on it.
I suspect it probably has. The stunts went from one or two a season, to one stunt per episode, to one episode per stunt.
It needs to get a reality check, and remember what they're actually on the air to do. Namely thrash good cars and slag off rubbish ones, with the odd bit of light entertainment in between.

I guess until they get a new site, they can't do much in the way of filming either, so this could have a big impact on when the next series airs. Hope they get this sorted soon.

All the other motoring programmes do it, what's so different about TG?
