Odd tyre wear
Chilled,
I think your left McP strut is bent. That's double the camber an E46 should run!
You didn't notice, because your RHS front wheel was pointing out like a duck's foot, so would compensate.
You've got cross-toe on the rear. That car must drive like a pig on cider and want to run into oncoming traffic all the time.
Did you find the driving experience of an E46 to be totally overrated, by any chance?

Nick, ignore the rear ones, if you notice they didn't even get the rear ride height right. Apparently you get that right and it fixes those issues.
I do enjoy the car on roads, but not on track particularly, but that's because I usually drive track orientated kit ie R26.R, Caterhams, CSL etc on track.
I've thought something's not been right for a while, but I was never sure if I was being overly critical.

As long as the car's standing level, it ought to affect the toe equally (BMW uses passive 4WS, but not as acutely as does Honda). And both your wheels are pointing right.
I'm sure you'll find the car a lot more Freude am fahren once it's all properly aligned again.

Both my fronts were 0mm on the inside on my Passat and the rest of tyre 2.5mm. I didnt notice but had taken it into VW this week because of the front suspension creaking. Turned out both bushes needed replacing and apparantly this had caused the tyre wear on the inside. Might be worth checking?

Stability is everything.
Huge wheels are good.
What is 'unsprung weight'
Harder is sportier.
More grip fixes handling imbalances.
The same design can be utilised on vehicles of different sizes & masses without compromise.
Electronics will mask all geometric inadequacies.
No; the krauts know everything they need to, thanks!
