Having just been quoted £330 for an oil service at BMW on an M6 and seeing that they charge £167+VAT for the oil alone, I am relieved to have found Opie courtesy of the guys on here. I have enough oil (10 litres!) to supply for the service, delivered for £80.

That's a pretty steep mark up by BMW by anyone's standards!

 

I've used Opie a few times now and been impressed every time by price and delivery.

BMW markup on oil is frightening - last time I was in a dealer service centre, I was asked if I'd like to buy a litre top-up to keep in the boot.

"how much?" asked I.

"£21" said he.

"it's OK, the exact same bottle is £6.99 in Morrissons"

He was rather surprised.
