Default Parcelfarce

Dali Racing dispatched some Acura bits to me from San Diego priority and USPS got them here in 10 days.

They've sat in Welwyn Garden for six days, because Parcel Farce didn't tell me there was duty to pay.

When I went there to rant at them, apparently it's an IT fault & they're not interested. No apology; CGAF. The decreptitude & disorganisation going on whilst this discourse was occurring was like an Eisenstein film.

Funniest part was they then asked me for ID. I said yes; I'M A BLOODY ANGRY CUSTOMER! That sufficed, apparently.

Same thing has happened to me a couple of times. I now won't order anything posted USPS as the chances are that it gets delivered by them.

The norm I'm afraid best thing is to pre-empt it and ring them before, it will take a bill 3 days to get to you. And they say USPS is bad LOL.

I had parcel that was sent as special delivery guaranteed Saturday delivery - guess what it didn't turn up till Monday even though it was posted late Friday morning. They are a joke and law to their own.

I'll bear that in mind in future.

Hopefully during the great financial re-set, they'll get closed down. Funts...

I sent a parcel to cyprus, I went budget and plumped for the 'target 5 day' service... At a cost of £65 with £15 insurance it wasn't that budget. 6 weeks later I started to fill out the insurance claim form and called the human less call centre, they prompted me to track the parcel... It was last recorded at heathrow that very say and hot to Cyprus a week layer. 6 weeks to get to heathrow at a cost of £65! I complained and asked for my money back... Needless to say I haven't heard anything back. Will never use again.

And to add insult they are 50miles from me and I always have to collect the bloody packages.

Forgot about USPS - bollocks - I have a parcel on route from USA right now too. USPS tracker number ...

They still load a £12 handling charge on everything USPS too?

I try and scam the bastards out of every penny i can, just declare as a warranty repair and value of $30 and you get no charges what so ever. Bit of risk but im sick of the c@#ts dry bumming by whacking customs charges on for small not too expensive items.
