Also on watchdog was a report on dodgy "secure" airport parking. Two brothers running a secure compound based chauffeured airport parking business who just left cars on the street or in public car parks, even clocking up huge mileage and parking fines on some customers cars.

Amazing what you can get away with, with a flash website!

Saw a bit of this

They got some nice Merc and just parked up near their house

We once left the Dorris vectra with a bloke who worked for BA and moonlighted doing airport parking. He did have a little gated, fenced car park for about 50 cars though

Smart idea, despite the fact that you'd have to be a massive tw@t to do it.

Christ! That fills you with confidence, doesn't it?!

Flying from Gatwick last month I stayed over night inc 2 weeks parking at the Crown Plaza. Car stays in their car park 'secured' by barriers, doesn't get moved as they don't have the keys. Luckily no other guests bashed in to it either in my absence as I found the best space I could, phew. Still thinking about it, I bet these hotels are patrolled by scum using those key copying kits
