As you might know i have purchased a ****hall vxr8.

I am now in the process of getting all the clubsport r8 badges[nothing i can do about the seats] to return it to its HSV origin.

is this wrong or gay?

p.s. if anybody has a hsv steering wheel badge can i buy it.

Well it's retro badging after the Vaux dealer re-badged it.

It better reflects the car's heritage.

Since manufacturers have no remorse over doing it, it no longer matters any more.

You could even change a couple of things and make up yer own brand; teh Japanese have been doing it for decades!

Fosters; the arseholed division of Holden.

It would confuse the stupid people, who cannot find anything out for themselves.

That's part of all this branding bullshit that the wonks think actually works.

Like gluing Vauxhall badges on various Suzukis, Opels, Isuzus and Holdens over the years hasn't confused and diluted the brand to dishwater already...

That's why GM means genealogically modified!

I'd stick with the Vauxhall badges.

HSV is something everyone dreads being infected with...

Yes - Herpes Simplex Virus (IIRC HSV-1 is associated with cold sores and HSV-2 with the genitals).

The ironic thing is that every other vauxhall driver seems to be debadging their sh1te, changing their front grills, etc!! Maybe if you leave yours on all the other 10 million corsa, astra & nova drivers will start rebadging theirs!
