Rozzers clamp down on loud exhausts
Anyone see that Dispatches programme with the likes of Geoff Hoon whoring themselves out for as much dough as they could get? I thought they were supposed to follow the doctrines of Marx.
Anyway, It's probably time for those with fart pipes to do a walls of Jericho around Westminster & defean the f uckers. I believe there's this bloke called God who owns a particularly noisy Triumph...

Meh, this is old news for Bikers, who have had to endure Plod and their noise witch-hunt for years (along with tinted visors, small numberplates etc).
All aftermarket bike cans have to be labelled up as 'Not for road use' if they produce too much noise (unsure of limit) and plod are keen as mustard to dish out the fines.
As wrong as the rule is, I don't see why it should be any different for cars.
AFAIK it is in the MOT as well however failure is at the tester’s discretion.

I don't mind noisy sports bikes, but those bloody scooters which make your ears bleed, and Harley type things which make your windows shake should be banned.
So I agree there is some need for it, but sense needs to be applied rather than the rozzers treating it like a dog with a new bone, hauling cars and bikes in left right and centre.... which is what will happen.

The local cops are now starting to use the video camers on the busses to stop people parking in bus stops ,I know i don't use stops to park or pull up but its the first steps......................it will come back and bite us all i'm sure.

People shouldn’t park in buss stops, it’s bloody dangerous.
I do think there should be a slight change in the law about bus lanes though where some can be treated as yellow box junctions.
The ones which block half the road where any traffic that wants to turn left should be allowed to use them to get down the road as long as they don’t block them.
