It's politicisation again - buses cure global warming, so it's about beating up the car drivers again.
I have sympathy with individual officers who must hate this sort of thing, but have to be a puppet of the state. There has been evidence of a witchhunt on Pistonheads for officers slightly dissenting from the stasi line.
