He was meant to kill the bendy bus but its still in service. I've seen these feckin sausage bus contraptions cause so many traffic jams and they need to be put out of service.

I really don't see how rephasing the lights will cut down on traffic.

One useful suggestion would be to change the 7am-7pm bus routes so that they are in force only during the rush hour periods.

In certain parts of Central London traffic is a complete a joke.

I've heard that the c untgestion charge appeals process seems to have improved, ie there is now some right.

The traffic lights were deliberately phased to inconvenience motorists, hence the wails of protest in the article by the Rapture-awaiters.

Bendy buses are under lease, so you cannot f uck the Shitaros off back to Stuttgart with a tube of KY jelly sellotaped to each just yet.

Also, the new Fruitmaster isn't in production to replace them.

I thought bendy buses were stopping service commencing 2011 - that's been published in the evening standard for quite a while now

No he didn't. If he had, he wouldn't have been able to do this:-

[QUOTE]
London Mayor Boris Johnson recently chased a car through London after its occupants apparently threw an object at his head while he was riding his bike.

Writing in his weekly column for UK broadsheet newspaper The Telegraph, Johnson said: “As anyone would in my position, I saw red. I put my foot down, and pedalled so hard that I was able to keep the weaving rump of the car in my sights, and I noted that it was some kind of souped-up Astra.”

Once he caught up with the car, Johnson commanded the driver to pull over, where he asked:

Be cheaper to give them all a Smart car, or something.

That would only add 15 metres to the traffic jam & not block the width of the whole bloody road.

It certainly doesn't help having prolonged road works. Thames feckin water are responsible for some of the worst and longest running traffic jam spots in London.

There should a website where the public and govt agencies can monitor the progress of road works from start to finish. This scrutiny might encourage works to be completed in a timely manner.

A live web cam feed would ensure the feckers are not taking too many fag breaks.

They are going but bendy buses are great fun to drive .... but yes, agreed, not so good on traffic .... or stupid cyclists that try to get themselves squashed by them

When you drive them you look back from the drivers seat and they go on and on forever - luckily my driving was restricted to Dunsfold away from the public

The drivers won't want to see them go... they get more for driving them.

Most motorists want to see London shot of them.

They have been proven to be dangerous. Around 3 years ago a pedestrian was dragged for 2 miles under one and the bus companies were forced to install external CCTV on the cuntraptions.
