Good choice! The Si has a lot lower running costs then the M and is a great drive.

i dont think anyone will argue that the Z4 is a marmite car looks wise but i would stretch and get the M if it were my money, the 3l will feel very slow after your hooligan rally wagon

S2 coupe is just the car with a hardtop

i really like the look of the S2, saw a moonrock travelling south on the M1 this morning and i thought it looked great. if i wanted to spend money on a car i would get a newer S2 and supercharge because i like the roofless action but don't like the boxster or Z4 looks wise

Adding one of these to an S would produce a much more exclusive looking car if you want a coupe.
You could buy an S for so little money at the moment it would pay for that and a s/c



The Z4 leaves me cold, although I generally like BMW engineering.
I sat in one in a dealers recently and was surprised by the lack of legroom too.
