Default tensioner bolt

Does anyone know where to order a 14 mm bolt for the tensioner pulley, I over did tightening mine and it broke, I was changing the bearing on the tensioner and according to the guide 31lb foot pounds of torque was needed but this obviously was excessive. Its a left turning bolt, so not the same as a normal right turning to tighten one, will I have to go through the dealers or is there an alternative?

I Have a spare i think as i cracked my pulley when pressing in a new bearing and it was cheaper to buy the whole assembly second hand than just the pulley so i have a full assembly inc all bolts minus the pulley its self
