My girlfriend had a minor scrape on her Golf for which we ended up going through her insurance (Admiral, and genefally hassle free). Politely refused thier bodyshop recommendation and eventually selected Canada Coachworks to do the work after finding several good reviews on the web. Jamie and Bob did a great job, very friendly service and would happy use them again, highly recommended ( and I am exceptionally fussy). There is a Porsche dealer on the same industrial site for whom they do the bodywork and were always busy, which I took to be a good sign.

They also refurbed the alloys on the Golf at my request, which were badly kerbed and starting to corrode. They sent them off through Porsche (who use Lepsons), full acid dip and came back looking like new, so very pleased with those too. Was convenient for me to have wheels done while car was sprayed. I also had them take out a small dent using paintless dent repair on the bonnet.

Chatted to Jamie bout the rash on the front bumper of my S. He said he has seen a few S'S before and factory paint was frail. When I need some work doing, Im grateful I have found a local shop that Im confident wil do a good job, and very reasonable, in my opinion, too. Anyone lookng for bodywork doing in and around Surrey should bear them in mind.
