Don't suppose you'll swap wheels ...
(my bright chrome ones gotta go back to black)
The genuine BMW performance parts are gloss black Rog, I have them on mine and about £80 pair from Cotswold BMWs eBay shop (or your dealer)
Fitting is push on clips - about 10mins and scraped knuckles

I'm with mark on the Wheels, CSL sytle is my pref, but white is THE colour to have whilst still in vogue.
Nice one Dave, looks a beaut!

I’ve seen very few cars on 18’s, most are spec’ed with 19’s, so I specifically wanted 18’s just to be different. Should also help the ride/handling and save me a few £££ when the time comes for new rubber.

It's an MY 2010 car with DCT and EDC. Dealer ordered the grills, cost about £70.

I'm more used to this type of gearbox now, Kathryn having the DSG in the Titty. The box in the M is so much smoother though.
Agree about the 18s, had them on me tin top and they do help with the ride. You can explore the EDC when you master the DCT on track! I like the mean look too, lots of black, emphasises the look. White will scrub up nicely Touring in hot climes - and for us that's anywhere east of Dover - the roof was often up for comfort anyway. Really it's a lot of car for the money and £10k-£20k under the equivalent AM and Porsche offerings. Not that Stuttgart do a V8
Those dainty 18" look fairly light (fine spokes; poss. too many?) and far better then the stupid, heavy 19"ers. If it looks better on them, it probably drives better on them - enjoy!

BTW -I don't get anywhere near 28mpg out of the 'Lude and that doesn't rev to 8,300!

Disappointed that I won't get to ride in an AMV8
I should really start spending more time back here again

Nice one, Dave. Very pleased for you.

Went off topic with the suggestions as it seemed like the ones you'd short listed had been dropped - my misinterpretation.

Nice motor, you will enjoy it.
