I have been chewing over getting a more practical car for a while and I have just (well a few weeks back) bit the bullet. S went and I got a 120D M-sport convertible instead. Certainly doesnt have the pace of the S but with the crappy drive I have to work, I rarely get out of 2nd gear anyway. 4 seats are handy though and its far more economical to run. So far very happy with it but will always have a soft spot for S2000s. I have to resist waving when I see other drivers as it was a habit I got in to!

 

I still wave at S2000's when I'm in the Civic

 

I am sure I will do it at some point but I expect to be looked at as if I am a loon or something.

 

I prefer Rilots solution but an S is pointless if you dont get to rag it

 

I agree and its a difficult car to sit in traffic with, doing 10 mpg for most of the journey. I couldn't afford to keep it and run another car as well so it had to go.

 

It would be ok in traffic with dct and no rain
england seems beset by traffic tho
