Definitely, this one was parked between 2 M4's and they just look too bulky and fussy with all the details on the front

Also think there's not a lot of difference between the M3/M4 and normal 3/4 series, they don't look a lot more agressive or sporty anymore

I think the v10 version would fair better, v8 r8 isn't that fast really.

Erm yes they are. 420bhp standard. Nearly the same as as the old m3 e92.

then this video is good comparison too

e92 vs e80

time to decat the exhaust and free the M3 willy ... that M4 sounds nice but light. Minds me of my old E30 320i back in the day. But why the bonnet bulge? Is that necessary or just cosmetic/ body language? Turbos don't add height to the engine being on the exhaust side do they?

But this is my contribution to the comparison vids (but he would say that wouldn't he?) V8 NA rules

I'm sure you will do the right thing and stick with genuine bits, Win!

This thread is making me miss mine. Such a nice all round package. Only thing I'd say is that I never fully connected with mine as I rarely found places to stretch Its legs, given its an S2000 on roids. One time I did involved the police! DCT is awesome but I think it does make you less involved.

nice sound from the bmw V8.....just a shame its 20kg heavier than a 6.2l ls3

but it does sound similar to the fezza 355 that a bloke always revs the tits off when he passes my house

the M4 sounds shit and I don't like the looks so wouldn't buy one even though it's supposed to be veryquickindeed

not for me

which then leads you to thoughts of what next.. and I have no idea on that front.
