I've used a few GPS systems, by far I'd recommend the TomTom. I used to have Version 5 running on my Treo 650, sold the phone now so I'm going to pick on of these up today.

For those that didn't know, you can reserve online at pcworld and then pickup and pay instore for the web price. Handy if you live near one.

I usually pop down there find something I want, then get my brother to reserve the web prices online over the phone A lot of the prices are just a few quid, but the more expensive items you can save a fair bit. My best saving so far was on a bluetooth 'laser' mouse, saved

Just go here instead for FREE:

or

http://www.rac.co.uk

People who buy these navigation systems are mugs IMO.

Hi all I've just reserved a Tom Tom one from PC World, picking it up this morning Have finally managed to get a refund from Blackspot for the 6 Road Angel compact replacements and the Road Angel plus free upgrade which I have had over the past year, none of which have worked for more than a few weeeks before throwing up a number of differing faults and errors.

Hope I have more luck with the TomTom
