Is it just me, or does the number plate on this car read 'TOOL'?

And if so...it begs the question, why would you do that, was '7WAT' not available?

Judging by the profile suggested by the description and pics, most probably not

To be honest, I'm naturally wary of anyone who has conspicuous metal fencing around their home in a residential area...

No, it reads 700L, which ironically makes him look more of a tool than if the plate had the correct spelling.
