THe justice system is just as guilty as this f**king opiece of shit is. Why has it not struck any sentencing judge that the guy has been banned from driving consecutively at any point during the last 15 years?

I'm assuming that from a legal point of view, the judiciary are having some difficulty doing anything more. Perhaps Mark will tell us in a mo.

In which case, why the **** hasn't the law been changed?

I fail to see where this fat knob jockey is in any way likeable. I would happily run him down in the street if he were on a pedestrian crossing.

Mind you, I'd need something the size of a Hummer H2 to make sure I didn't damage my car too much.

Very badly written piece imo, but...

Manderson was jailed for five months by Swindon magistrates on Wednesday after admitting driving while disqualified.
Previous hearing

Magistrate Mamie Beasant told Manderson: "If you keep on disobeying court orders, you will keep being brought back to this court and, I can promise you, you will go to prison."

She imposed an additional two-year driving ban.

Banning someone for "driving whilst disqualified" is extremely odd.

It obviously didn't bother him before, so why now?
