I doubt it's legal today, for reasons you describe!

These days, you apply the footbrake on track cars & block the pipe with a button. Another button releases the valve, but it's illegal on the road.

Thanks for clarifying the operation. I'll know for next time...

I'm too young to realise what sort of the car this was

But a really good job you've done Paul

Theres an old brown porsche sometimes in the car park at work, looks pretty old.

Paul, that is simply amazing and as an occassional detailer myself I to your passion for such an amazing and unique car.

I agree that £££ are not important when working on such a rare and beautiful car.

This is all about the car.

Thank you for sharing.

It's all because I dubbed your Drifting Video with the 'Bullit' theme tune

In-bloody-credible though

To see the photo of him and then the replica of you from the same angle must be special.

Many thanks Ron, that tune was going through my head half way through the detail.

That photo of Steve McQueen seems impossible to replicate (not that we were trying to), but if you look at it you couldn't get a camera to fit in that small angle, mirrors maybe?

Once again, thanks

You lucky lucky barsteward.

Can't wait for Mr CJ to come home and ask his usual 'anything happening on the forum' so that I can show him this thread.
