HOWEVER this increases from £215 to £245 - WTF thats a massive increase! Still not as bad as the first year rate for Band M, nearly £1k!!!!!!

This government are really starting to take the piss. WTF emissions have to do with road tax is beyond me for a start - surely your paying for the maintenence of the roads??? What would happen if everyone bought a car that was free to tax? I'm guessing they would change the rules - ridiculous.
