I ordered some J's racing roll centre adjusters from VTEC Direct on 21 Oct 2008 - shipping was indicated as being to 90 days. Had heard or seen nothing by 26th Oct 2009 and the 'phone number has been removed from the otherwise functional website, so I emailed them.

Have still had no reply so emailed again yesterday, order tracking on the website shows my order as "pending delivery", as it always has. Still have had no reply, despite stating my next move as being to contact my credit card company. Mastercard cover you for such losses for up to 120 days, so I contacted them today and they're going to process a claim.

Just thought I'd post some hard facts for people's information/protection.

 

Oh dear that's appalling. PM Bazza on Itr-dc5.com as that's the guy that owns them, I doubt he'll answer but at least you'll get your money back.

 

I have been mentioning this about VTEC Direct for months now, ever since I tried to buy my exhaust from them.

Just an FYI........

VtecDirect is in the process of changing hands right now.......Its being bought by a guy called Andy........Irishteacher ......on www.atr.org.uk

Andy is very well respected in the ATR world and I know he's really looking to do big things with VtecDirect.

I don't think he takes over until March but all I would say is to give him a chance when he does.

As an ex-ATR owner he would get a thumbs up from me for the service he's given to people over the years.

 

what happened...?

I know several people who have been very satisfied with VTECdirect and Bazza seems to (have been?) very well respected both on itr-dc5 and itr-dc2 alike...

This was over a year ago though, so things seem to have changed a lot...

 

My (and Mr. Prelude's) Mugen GPs came via Bazza and there were no issues.

I understand that Bazza had become very disillusioned with the difficult trading conditions and was devoting much of his time to a 'proper job'.
