Although I understand that people often buy them, get people excited on internet forums about their build exploits, and never finish them
Then they put on weight, try to re-kindle aged motorsport careers and get cynical about the world

So I hear

Still building it, although since the car is in Hampshire and I'm in North Yorkshire it's not getting the attention it should.
We'll get there one day though

In the meantime I'm putting my money where my mouth is and not harking back to the odd time I won a karting race against my fiancee who runs rings around me in a car.

And I don't have a disturbing torch fetish, either

I don't know what's disturbing about marrying a Gatling gun design with a torch?

I must admit those Fisher bathtubs are an interesting Caterfield alternative - it looks like there's no such thing as a "standard" Fury though

Never, ever trust a Robin Hood.

Chassis integrity is woeful, in a crash you're dogmeat.

Only Seven variant's I'd trust are the big two, plus Sylva, Stuart Taylor, Dax and MK.
What about a Donkervoort (or whatever the hell it is)

Having never seen one, I couldn't comment.
The one's I've recommended are all ones I've either seen in accidents of know to be well designed.

Fury is a Sylva Stryker under the skin, so same recommendations apply.

I think they look great as a modern 7

Blimey, just seen the price of them though

MNR have a good reputation as far as I know for high quality 7's that have great chassis (very strong and well designed apparently); A friend of mine built one with an R1 motor and he had a very good experience dealing with the company.

What about a Morgan?
