So we've finally got VVT across BOTH sets of valves and presumably, variable lift on the inlets? Or variable lift on both?

Either way, ought so be a reasonable engine. 435 BHP isn't huge, but Poorsche's tend to favour useable areas under the torque curve, even NA. A boxer 6 with real appeal.

Let me know if you stuff it & the engine's OK!

No doubt it's a fantastic car and I feel like I should get excited about it but for some reason it leaves me cold.

Aren't the gadgets getting a tad silly? Adaptive engine mounts? A button to raise the front for speed humps?

FFS, if you want dual purpose why not buy something like a C2S and Caterham for the same money and do both jobs better?

I think I may be losing interest in cars

masterly understatement

I really want to hear someone talk about having features like that on their car

it will happen

my betting would be that I hear it in a restaurant

I just hope I don't have a mouthful of food at the time

I've almost completely lost interest in most modern rubbish, for that reason.

Christ! For that money, I could have half a dozen cars of the type you suggest...

Driving a Porsche is much like making love to a beautiful lady...

If you push the right button, your front end will soon be up for humping and you'll be able to mount your big end in all the right locations...
