Default What a complete TW&T!

Yesterday afternoon I was out in the S going right at a round about, as I exit I notice a Mk 4 Astra (R plate) giving way on my left. He joins up behind me then I notice he gets right up my chuff and begins weaving in and out, so I break test him..... then give him the Vs. I must admit I was in a bit of a strop but I don't appreciate some Chav in his chavved up Astra up that close for no reason!

Anyway he continues his antics so I stick my hand out to gesticulate at him and I then slow to about 27mph. He then decides to overtake me with oncoming traffic, I momentarily put my foot down but let him in due to the fact he had nowhere to go otherwise. At that point Im thinking what a complete and utter f

You waived him past and then "put your foot down", having already given him the v's and brake-tested him.

Sounds like you were really the victim ...

Why the need to quote the year of registration?

From your interpretation it appears he shat himself when confronted. Hopefully it might make him think twice.

At least you carried through your actions.

"He joins up behind me then I notice he gets right up my chuff and begins weaving in and out"

This sitting on peoples bumper is becoming more common place nowadays

"well I thought you're car was nice and we got the SAME engine so I thought we'd have a laugh!""

What on a busy road with oncoming traffic. 1st prize prat.

What a ball bag. Why would someone in a 150bhp family hatchback think they had ANYTHING in common with a 240bhp roadster?

You were too harsh though, IMO.

I didnt say I waved him pass far from it! It was a single carriage way with traffic coming the other way, why would I wave him pass I gestured to him to let him know what I thought of his driving. Its was his decision to overtake dangerously maybe to show his car was 'faster' than mine and how chavtastic he is. Im not normally like this when confronted with idiots on the road, I would say Im the complete opposite by just dismissing it usually.

But that day I wasn't in the best mood and he pushed that too much with his actions and I thought I'd give him a piece of my mind. It all boils down to why should I let this prick in a sense bully me due to the type of car I drive. To say we were made for each other is a bit hasty, he actually egged me on to get out of the car when we were stopped by saying "I dares yer! I dares yer!" I actually said to him are you trying to race me? Then I told him I stick to the rules of the road. To which his answer was, "well thats your perogative!"

Im not discriminatry against boy racers, chavs call them what you like after all I admit in my younger days I could have been classed as one and have friends who like their chav chariots. I still would 'have a laugh' under the right circumstances but would the idiot I encountered do the same thing to an older S2000 driver?
