I think a few minutes is probably a break even.

4 little injectors pulsing away for a few minutes would easily use more than cranking the engine to start. Provided the car doesn't cool down to the extent that it goes into cold start mode (lamba sensor needs to heat up) but that takes lots of minutes, probably 20 or more.
