Large? Its smaller than the length of the guys hand as a bare engine, with the exhaust its a little bit more.. you can't really imagine someone hand crafting a smaller one that actually fires like this one!!!

I was disappointed when he got the grinding wheel and the file out.

Otherwise its pretty cool. I wouldn't have a fraction of the patience required to build something like that.
