Default The worst outcome that could happen

Work have changed the company car policy from any make/model upto a monthly rental value to.........




















....... Vauxhall's , whats worse there is no opt out clause, take the car or nothing!!!!

Looks like i will be mainly driving an Insignia for the next 3 years.

VXR8 not on the shortlist then

Insignia VXR by all accounts is an interesting drive, so is the new astra

No first hand experience of either, just trying to stop you slitting your wrists

Has to be diesel, so no VXR's!!!

I remember in my youth my employer had a very narrow, almost exclusively Vauxhall car choice. I was driving a Cavalier SRi at the time and looking forward to the new Vectra.

Then Clarkson absolutely laid into the Vectra on Top Gear and pretty well said you'd have to brain dead to buy one. I was furious with him.

However, a new car is a new car and whatever the make or model, it always brings its own frisson, so you've at least got that to look forward to ...

I know someone who bought an Insignia diesel a few months back ... he loves it ... and I have to say the inside and build quality isn't that bad
