vauxhall viva (utter sh1t)
vauxhall cavalier 1.6 (great car, superbly reliable which is what i needed)
vauxhall astra van (hilarious, dad gave me it, i did it up and sold it)
vauxhall astra gte 16v (my first hot hatch.. brilliant in a straight line but a bit pap in the twisties)
vauxhall calibra 16v (i lowered this, much better handling than the astra.. i loved the look. at the time).
citroen xsara vts (a sleeper, bought it as a fill in, was after a tvr at the time but the calibra kept breaking down and denting my budget so i bought this and ran it for a year but crap build quality p1ssed me off) and handling was dodgy.
S2000 - had it since dec 2002.. still love it, don't do many miles driving at all (6k a yr?) only got 26k on the clock.. it'll be a keeper while we do up our house

Forgot that I'd made this up last year. These are just pics from the web of similar cars and not actual pics (with the exception of the TVR and S). Most of the colours are correct ...

I've kicked off in 1979 with my mother's VW Polo (which I used to rag the nuts off) but the 2CV was the first car I owned. I got a company car with my first job and that began a run of Cavaliers, a Sierra, and a Vectra, or "the wilderness years" as I like to call them. Only interrupted by a Fiesta when the company took the car off me due to my accident record ...
Had a Rover 620 Ti after the Omega and that was a flying machine. Then came the Chimaera (
) followed by a reality check, when I ran a Toyota Carina beater whilst waiting to sell the TVR. A couple more executive company beaters then the S.
Need to shake off my illness and get back into work before I can start adding to the list again ...
PS. I can remember the reg number of every car I've ever owned/driven. Good to see some others are just as sad ...

Then another one cos I wrote the first one off 9 days after passing my test!
1991 J 4th Gen Prelude 2.2 VTEC Si (JDM)
2004 53 Honda S2000 GT
Cinque was great fun, I had it from brand new for five years. Prelude had amazing performance for its age and was full of kit, had that three years. S2000 is brilliant, I still love driving it two years after buying.

Here's mine then:
1. Golf Mk1
2. Astra GTE 16v (91 - understeer city)
3. *First drove an S2000, a rather special one at that.
4. TVR Griffith 500 (absolute monster, could spin the wheels in 5th at 100mph when damp!!)
5. Renault Clio V6 Mk2 (tricky in the wet)
And now I own the S, Trypod's old car which is a corker!! As for the first S2000 I drove, I used to work for an agency in London and after we won the Honda account they'd lend us their best cars each week. One time they lent us a modified black S2000, covered in Mugen bits and pieces and went like a rocket. Reg plate S200O UK. That was about five years ago and was certainly a lot of fun!!
Anyone familiar with that car? I've seen that reg plate on Honda press cars since the one I drove?
All the best - Chris
