Its Ok Chris, a mixture of lack of time and lack of funds (building business not going too well at moment) means its collecting dust and no doubt the odd tool bang too .

Hopefully a quick wash and brush up will do the trick after Lee's groundwork last year - if not Lee can expect a call

Not seen you around the City / Wharf at all recently trust all is well in new home etc.
