As far as I'm concerned the S2000 was discontinued after the '02 model.

Ditto, but it was actually after the '03 models that the s2k was discontinued. No major changes until '04+, and it keeps getting worse every year. Those seats and wheels are

[QUOTE=SC_Highlander,Oct 8 2005, 02:28 PM]I wish Laguna Blue was available 3 years ago, beyond that -- I'm more than happy with my '02.

They keep making subtle changes every two or so years (with the exception of 2004), which makes me wonder if it's Honda's version of the Acura NSX.

Well... Honda and Acura are the same company... so the question should be more like "Is Honda doing the same thing to the S2000 they did to the NSX". To which the answer appearently is YES.

That's exactly what I meant; all the signs point towards a long run of production if you look at how the the NSX developed since its debut in 1990. I use the term "developed" as the NSX really didn't have any major changes throughout its 16 year history.

This seems trivial, but can the outside temp gauge be retrofitted to earlier cars?

It would be nice to know that

If you look in the closeup of the guage cluster I posted, you'll see the temp guage embedded into the display. I'm sure it would be a PITA if not impossible to do it.
