Leasing has treated me just fine. The S is almost 3 yrs ond and I just turned 17K miles. This is a daily driver... work is just 9 miles away. No maintenance issue or expenses... ever & in another year I will turn it over for a MY2006.

YAY for me! i paid mine off last month!!! hurray....i've never "owned" any car before... sure is nice to have that title in hand

i dont see the point of owning vehicles....
theyre horrible investments, with automobiles pay as you go...
ownership with property you can at least rent them out or sell them if theyre in a hot spot...

likewise i dont see the point of "renting" a vehicle... sure you can turn it in and get a new one in 2-3 years....but you NEVER stop paying and if you drive a lot it really is a bad deal. I'd hate to think what my buddy would pay on a lease since he drives about 38k miles a year.... I think most everybody that "buys" a car doesn't do it as an investment, it just suits their lifestyle better than a lease. plus i love my car and i want to keep it for a long time... personal preference i guess
