Anna and I spent the day looking around for homes...new homes, established homes, etc. We found some property and it looks like we will soon be building our new home. The contractor expects construction to be about 5-6 months...so we'll have that time to $ell our exisiting home and if it sells early...we'll just move in with my in-laws (not a bad thing at all). I'm excited. We are ready for a change and after 9 years of ONE home...you know what you want in the next one.

Congrats on the new opportunity, Raul. Remember when you have a market in Huntersville or Charlotte open up, I'd love for you to be my boss. Part of my compensation could be free dinners at Anna's restaurant!

Just a quick note I will be up in NC for the holidays. Thanksgiving and Christmas. No "S" but will have my Accord, so I can drive around and see people. Thanksgiving only for the weekend, but Christmas I will be there for a whole week.

Could someone order a small snowfall for 1 day during Christmas, I haven't seen it in a while! Thanks!

I am currently gathering the addresses of all the "S" owners in the Carolinas. I am looking to borrow a NFR! Preferably one that can go over 100mph, I need to make good time.
